I am alive and well in Salt Lake City. Career wise, I have been a Paramedic, a Nurse and most recently a Massage Therapist. I have known since the late 80's that I had a genetic quirk, resulting in emphysema at age 32. I have not worked since 99. Despite several emergency and ICU visits this past winter, I am doing fairly well. I will soon get into a Pulmonary Rehab and then, hopefully , will get on the Organ Transplant list for new lungs.Life is good. No regrets.
